1-ON-1 OPTIONS
One-on-one personal training allows YOU to take the thinking out of YOUR workouts, while receiving form checks and customized workout plans that are based on YOUR goals and needs. No more plateaus, because workouts will be based on science and the amazing human body. My job is to help guide YOU in these 1 hour, one-on-one sessions so YOU can achieve your goals in a way that’s best suited for YOU!
To develop a program only for YOU we will start with a 30-minute consultation, going over health history, lifestyle, goals, and movement patterns/ assessment. The movement assessment not only shows me how YOU move, but also brings to light any inconsistencies in the body. From there I will develop a specialized program to get YOU to where YOU need to go!
Payments options include Debit, Credit, and can be payed in person or through electronic invoices. Payments can be either Monthly or Bi-Weekly. This allows YOU to have peace of mind that YOU can pay how you want to each time.
